Clitheroe Lancashire in 1912
Clitheroe's Mayoral Sunday on 10 November 1912, when dignitaries of the Lancashire town assembled for a procession to the parish church for an annual service. It was very much a male preserve and in attendance were "Public Officials and other Gentlemen of the Borough." The original film is silent so I have added some wonderful music from Brassed Off to the pictures, recorded by The Flowers Band.
