[R151 Debuts the NSL!!!] SMRT TRAINS Ride On the North South Line (Full Journey) — R151 set 839/840

Filmed on 25 May 2024 SGTT Films an R151 Full Journey (Northbound) towards Jurong East D/E. The moment North siders have been waiting for... The R151 has finally made its way to the North South Line! 25 May 2024 marks its debut date on the NSL for revenue service! 839/840 is the first R151 to debut the NSL. It debuted EWL on 20 January 2024 and went to NSL (BSD) on 17 May to start its daytime test. The day finally came when passengers and train enthusiasts were able to step foot onboard the R151 on our first ever MRT Line in Singapore. This train was dispatched at 1655hrs and running on T231 from BSD, the Last Train to Kranji TRN. It got replaced by C151B 659/660 back to BSD at 2203hrs as this is a pax load test. Overall, the ride feels very different and refreshing for the NSL side as this is the first time R151s ran on NSL. Hopefully, you guys enjoyed the ride, too!
