Many people are so scared of narrowing down the aperture due to diffraction, but I think the advantage of more depth of field in some situations outweighs the loss of sharpness due to diffraction. I discuss the application specifically for insect macro photography, where sufficient depth of field is important, and you have to use F8 or even narrower. Unfortunately, diffraction for Micro Four Thirds system starts at F5.6, but that does not mean you cannot shoot narrower than that, and a little bit of diffraction is not the end of the world. 0:00 Intro 0:32 Diffraction 1:55 Images Reel 1 2:19 Insect Macro Techniques 3:50 Images Reel 2 4:15 Image Quality 6:15 Images Reel 3 6:39 Olympus 60mm Macro 7:33 No Focus Stack? 9:04 Images Reel 4 9:29 Conclusions/END Follow me on: Instagram:   / shutter.therapy   Facebook Page:   / shuttertherapy   Blog: https://robinwong.blogspot.com Music by INOSSI Listen: https://fanlink.tv/b3xg Watch:    • INOSSI - Illusion (Official)
