Tree Camping - CAMPING OVER 100 FEET UP!!! (4K)
Well, I finally reached my 2017 goal of camping in my hammock after hanging it up over the 100-foot mark!!! I found the tree at a local park, on the second day of a three-day trip with some friends from school. I just got the GoPro Hero6, so the videoing is a little spotty at times. Particularly around the 5:50-10:32 point. GoPro said they fixed this framerate glitching issue with their last update, so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future. Other than that framerate glitch and my own bumps and wobbles, I think the footage looks amazing! Here are the times for what you may want to skip to: 00:00-00:40 - getting to camp 00:40-5:20 - setting up in first tree 5:20-5:50 - dinner/goofing off 5:50-10:32 - taking down camp 10:32-11:52 - packing + hike to next site 11:52-14:42 - getting into the second tree 14:42-18:08 - how I set up my hammock 18:08-19:02 - getting down for dinner/overnight 19:02-19:58 - taking down camp 19:58-20:44 - hike back to car 20:44-21:30 - pictures I hope you enjoyed the footage, and that you were able to stand the horrible accents and goofing off. And, of course, thanks for watching.
