Kullu to Manali | Driving through the debris flow zones where the Beas River reclaimed the highway

This video is about our journey from Kullu to Manali via the right bank road of Beas River. We navigate the raw aftermath where the Beas River surged across the asphalt, carving boulders into the very path we once knew. We document this shifting mountain landscape, contrasting fragile infrastructure with nature’s reclamation. Our drive captures the grit of the valley, providing essential navigation through these newly forged debris zones. Total drive of 37 KMs took around an hour. We stayed at Hotel Kunzam of HPTDC which is located on the Mall road.
