What We Remember

I wrote this song about the normal, and sometime abnormal aging process where we think we remember things, but it can be the mind "filling in the blanks" and invites the listener to consider what the remember is not always correct. No offense, but I'm guilty also. This may be a good time to say a word about AI generated content. I played guitar and wrote these lyrics for a meaning. Ever since studio musicians, synthesizers, and computers editing and mastering recordings computers, and now A I is used in the process. Creating a song, from idea (or old studio tape) has good from days, weeks, months to a fraction of that. I still play other material live, and record using real instruments, but as we age, there are simply other people that can perform some of the parts better. They are paid under contract. YouTube's A I flag accommodates the possibility that a song can start from no sound or lyrical idea at all. Unfortunately thats true, but these songs use acoustic and or electric guitars as well as the artificial drum machines that you've heard for years.
