自家製梅シロップの梅ジュレの作り方

Ingredients: 250ml plum syrup (For instructions on how to make plum syrup, please see our previous video:    • 梅の収穫。梅シロップ、梅ソーダの作り方。  ) 400ml water 10g powdered gelatin If you have plums from the plum syrup, use those as well. Instructions: Soak the powdered gelatin. Put the plum syrup and water in a pot and heat, stirring constantly. Once it starts to boil, add the gelatin and mix. Pour into a tray and, once it has cooled slightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Break it up with a fork. Serve in a dish.
