To expand its domestic and international tourism market, the Pingtung County Government has launched the Pingtung Incentive Tourism Marketing and Promotion Program, targeting two major markets: inbound international tour groups and domestic senior citizen tour groups. The program encourages travel agencies to plan unique itineraries. Tour groups of 10 or more, with at least two designated attractions included, will receive a maximum subsidy of NT$4,500 per person for inbound international tour groups and NT$4,000 per person for senior citizen tour groups.
