Top 3 things to work on: -Positioning: You need to not engage beyond corners/LOS of your team so consistently and forcing yourself into 1 v 5s against the enemy team. Its ok to patiently hold a corner and force people into suboptimal sightlines so you and your team can punish them as a result. You also need to think about ways you can use the map to limit the amount of sightlines you can take damage pressure from when you take space. -Cover Usage: Play closer to cover so that you don't take damage that you don't want to take. this allows your supports to do something other than heal you and will imrpove your uptime. -Range management/ammo conservation: If people are out of range of your primary fire, look to play cover and path to not allow them to peek you until you can deal meaningful damage to them. This will also help significantly limit the amount of damage you take.
