HOW TO MANUAL A BIKE OVER 40. The video I wish a saw BEFORE I started!

NOTE: BMX AND DJ METHOD ONLY. I learned how to manual a bike over 40. Way over 40 at 57 years old. It took me two years to learn how to manual! So I'm not some expert. I'm just a guy who loves all things bike and really wanted to figure out how to do a nice long manual. Not the regular trail manual or a pump track between rollers kind of manual but a sustained manual. You know what I'm talking about. Now that I have an OK manual. Not the greatest but it's decent. I wanted to do a vid that includes the tips I wish I had BEFORE I started and BEFORE I broke my bum a couple times. So this is it. NOTE: A BIG MTB IS A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE.
