Nearly 8‑acre lake excavated to about 20 feet deep, with rock hammering, haul trucks, and pad building for a multi-building apartment site. On this job, the crew is wrapping up a 6–7 month excavation after starting earlier in the year and pushing through rainy season. Dirt pulled from the lake excavation was used to build four building pads, and an 8–9 ft rock shelf had to be hammered out and hauled off with rock thickness varying across the site.
