The Mappi Police Community Policing Unit remains committed to maintaining public order and security through a humanistic approach. This initiative was realized through direct guidance and counseling activities in Agham Village, Nambai District. The police presence in this residential area aims to strengthen ties and foster legal awareness among residents from an early age. In the activities, led by the Head of the Community Policing Unit, First Inspector Abner Kurni, S.H., residents were encouraged to actively maintain neighborhood security and not be easily provoked by unsubstantiated rumors. Through interactive dialogue, Community Policing personnel also provided education on the importance of mutual cooperation and peaceful resolution of village issues. This activity received a positive response from local community leaders, who hoped that similar training sessions could be held regularly.
