Episode 8 (David Paich)

This week's episode of Guess That Record is a big one, as Jackson interviews keyboardist David Paich from Toto! As a founding member of Toto, David wrote the band's biggest songs including Hold the Line, Rosanna, and the all-time classic Africa (a song in which David also handles the lead vocal duties). Outside of his work with Toto, David has been a prolific session player having played on albums such as Silk Degrees by Boz Scaggs, and Michael Jackson's Thriller. In this episode, Jackson and David talk about how his father's music career inspired him, how songs like Africa continue to be relevant, and what it's like to work with famous musicians.
