I Built a Customizer for Omarchy + Hyprland

I accidentally broke my Omarchy setup on day one after switching from Windows… and somehow that turned into this project.Omarchy-Customizer is a local-first customization manager built for Omarchy + Hyprland setups using FastAPI, React.js, and Tailwind CSS. The goal was simple: make Linux customization easier without removing user control. This project can: • Apply Omarchy themes • Change Waybar themes • Manage Hyprlock setups • Customize Walker themes • Configure Fastfetch layouts • Save and apply full desktop presets using Buckets Everything runs locally on your machine. Built with: • FastAPI • React.js • Tailwind CSS • Linux shell scripting • Hyprland / Omarchy ecosystem This was also my first time documenting a project journey publicly. Still learning. Still building.
