This is part one of two about launders's career. launders was grinding the CS:GO commentary circuit in NA as far back as the 2015s and would gradually make inroads towards the bigger event. During the online era of 2020 he became one of the faces of BLAST's broadcast and has rarely looked back since. Despite not being invited to work a major until PGL Anterp of 2022 he has worked the last five in a row. Well known as part of his iconic duo with scrawny, launders flexes a mixture of personality and fan culture in his commentary and content creation style. The latter is frequently to be found on his popular youtube channel. In part one launders discusses his youth and how it informed who he became in his early esports endeavours, how he came to commentate with scrawny and why they stuck it out as a duo for so long.
