You can no longer abuse it like I said. :) df+2 / 1,2,2 increased distance on hit. db+3,2 must be significantly closer for clean hit. CF2 4 and [b+4,]4 now have clean hit property for knock down. Rage Drive on block was reduce by 12 frames. transitioning to HE leaves Lidia at -5. The opponent can now challenge. HE 1+2 can now be reversed. HE1 / PTSW 2 / 3,2 / df+1,3 / df+1+2 / db+2 / db+3+4 now have slightly reduced damage. f+3 no longer knocks down. f+2,4 no longer knocks down. CF2 1 no longer knocks down. PTSW 3,1 no longer natural combo. Political Storm now -15 on block, 3rd and 4th hits are -14. b+3,4,qcf+1+2 is now -10 on block. WS 1,4 is now -13 on block.
