Good shots of the choc ices going through all the different process. Narrator speaks of the "robot-like machines working with icy indifference". The "human" side of the operation is shown. Two women sit together at a bench working on special ice cream gateaux. C/Us of women icing cakes and making fancy ice cream "bombes" and weird and wonderful things like a "Madame Pompadour" doll which has a china body and ice cream skirt. Bizarre.
