Sea moss milk: 3 cups water 1 tbsp Irish sea moss 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds 1 date 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt Blend Irish Sea Moss (a little goes a long way so invest in the $29 because it will last months! My focus and energy levels have greatly improved using sea moss ) https://amzn.to/3nJex3v Avo toast: Sourdough bread Garlic Clove Mushrooms(balsamic, maple syrup, black pepper) Avocado (crushed red pepper and sea salt) Spinach (lemon juice) Drizzle with honey Fruit: Oranges and pineapple topped with cinnamon Coconut bowls used https://amzn.to/3tgE8lJ Spring Rolls: Rice paper Tempeh Kale Whatever veggies you like Dipping sauce: 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp sesame oil Slowly drizzle in warm water until you reach desired consistency Tea: 1 tbsp of each Oatstraw https://amzn.to/3aZ4H8D Rosehips https://amzn.to/3ecsOm7 Lemongrass https://amzn.to/338eULA Brew for a minimum of 10 minutes Cup (highly recommended for brewing loose leaf tea) https://amzn.to/2QPoHnj Dip 1 can or small jar of artichokes rinsed and chopped 2 cups spinach chopped Cashew Sauce 1 cup soaked cashews (soak for a couple hours or soak in hot water for 30 minutes) 1/4 cup plant milk 1/4 cup nutritional yeast Fresh lemon juice (half of a lemon) Sea salt to taste Blend in a food processor for 3-4 minutes. Pour on top of veggies and mix Top with panko breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast Bake on 400 covered for 10 minutes then another 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with toast or veggies Enjoy!
