How To Make No Knead Yellow Noodles Mee Kuning

Today, I’ll be sharing another easy and fool-proof method to make springy and chewy Yellow Noodles, also known as “Mee Kuning” in Malaysia. All you need is a rolling-pin to make the dough, and a pasta machine to roll out the noodles into your desired thickness and cut. I think a pasta machine is a great investment, especially for those of us who enjoy making noodles, pasta, etc., from scratch! These noodles are great in soups or stir-fried. I’ll link a few recipes where I’ve used these noodles, as well as share a couple of new ones to follow (make sure to watch out for those!) Thank you for watching and for your endless support!!
