As we all know, these are the most difficult problems to repair. We started by removing the spark plug to take a reading, but we didn't find anything unusual. Then we discovered that the motorcycle has a GPS and suspected that it might be causing the stalls, but no matter how much we checked, we didn't find anything to indicate that was the problem. We continued looking for clues until I decided to remove the carburetor, the part I least suspected because, as you can hear in the video, the motorcycle always seems to be running fine, which is confusing and makes you think the carburetor can't be the problem. The first clue I found was that part of the intake manifold was outside the carburetor, and that's when we discovered the main problem: the intake manifold spring hadn't been replaced. This was because the motorcycle had recently been serviced. I had my bike serviced, and the mechanic reassembled it incorrectly, causing it to malfunction. We also discovered a second problem: the valve lifters were tightened to the maximum, which exacerbates the problem and increases fuel consumption. So, be careful where you take your motorcycles.
