I finally tried the Skegness Travelodge for the very first time… and honestly, I was shocked in the best way possible. After hearing so many mixed reviews online, I had no idea what to expect — but this place has only been open for 3 months, and it definitely surprised me! In this video, I take you through my full experience staying here, from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out. 🏨 THE HOTEL: The building still feels brand new, super clean, and modern. Everything looks fresh, bright, and welcoming — nothing like what some people have been saying online. 🛏️ THE ROOMS: The room completely exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with a great layout. The bed was surprisingly comfy, the bathroom spotless, and the décor felt fresh and updated. 🍽️ FOOD & DRINK: I also take you along as I try out the food on-site. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast or having a quick bite before exploring Skegness, the options were better than expected. 👥 THE STAFF: One of the best parts! The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They made everything easier and added to the positive experience. 🌅 THE VIEWS: Make sure you watch until the end — the views out the window were honestly amazing. For a Travelodge, I did NOT expect views like this! ✨ THE TRUTH: This stay proved to me that the negative comments floating around simply don’t match the reality.
