After three years, the curtain has fallen for De Steigers in De Gorzen in Schiedam. On Wednesday, July 15, the vocational training workshop closed its doors for good. What began as a promising pilot to let young people learn a trade from retired craftsmen from the neighborhood ultimately ended up as a meeting place for young children.
