He travelled around the world when he was young as a sports journalist and had the opportunity to see lots of classic furniture. In 2018, Nelson moved into a three-storey villa in the French Concession, and now he lives there alone. The house covers an area of 150 m2 and is filled with tables, chairs, lamps, cameras and tea ware that have been accompanying him for a long time.
