VCA webinar recording: Sharing insights from the Next Level Grants Facility

Local actors on the front lines of climate change often face the greatest barriers to accessing funding. So what does it really take to shift power and resources closer to where they’re needed most? In this webinar, we shared lessons, outcomes, and recommendations from the Next Level Grants Facility (NLGF), a small grants facility targeting hard-to-reach actors, implemented through the Voices for Just Climate Action programme across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. The session also marked the launch of two key learning outputs developed through an ongoing research process that tracked the experiences of grant beneficiaries and documented on-the-ground changes. Together, these products synthesise lessons from seven countries and diverse landscapes, offering evidence‑based insights to inform future climate finance design, policy, and practice.
