12 pupils in hospital due to suspected food poisoning

12 pupils from Tamaho Primary School in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni, remain in hospital. They were part of 110 pupils who complained about stomach cramps after allegedly eating samp at the school yesterday. Several cases of food-borne illnesses have been reported across Gauteng. The Gauteng Department of Education is monitoring the incidents and conducting investigations. Newzroom Afrika's Zola Sholwana speaks to some of the parents.
