Removing the battery or the plug‑in key stops the beeping. Once the debris is cleared, the mower works normally again. I was mowing wet grass, and too much buildup collected under the deck. I folded the mower upright and quickly cleared the excess clippings. • The mower will shut off if the battery gets overheated. The battery system will beep to signal an issue. Remove the battery and let it cool down (another reason to have a backup battery on hand). • Use the self‑propel feature sparingly to maximize battery charge. • My yard has a drainage ditch. I don’t mow along the length of the ditch because the mower can tilt. Instead, I make short zig‑zag passes, mowing down the shallow slope, then quickly activating self‑propel to go back up. I repeat that back‑and‑forth pattern until the incline gets too steep to continue safely.
