Susan Getty & Roy Bradshaw GBR - 1971 European Figure Skating Championships FD

After the retirement of Diane Towler & Bernard Ford it was up to Susan Getty and Roy Bradshaw to keep the Union Jack flying in ice dance. In only their second European Championship - here in Zurich in 1971 - they won the bronze medal. Things to look out for other than their beautiful performance - their coach, the legendary Joan Slater's hair(!!!), and the other British skaters congratulating them on their way to their warm up in the group. We see Janet Sawbridge, Peter Dalby, Hilary Green and Glyn Watts all passing on their congratulations. Then Susan and Roy are joined by Haig Oundjian who won teh bronze medal in the men's event at the same championships.
