PLEASE SUBSCRIBE HOW TO COOK ROAST BEEF ROAST BEEF RECIPE ____________________________________________________ Ingredients: 8 lbs ribeye 2 carrots 6 celeries 2 onions 1 can beef stock 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic salt Gravy: 1/4 cup butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup water 1 tbsp oyster sauce white pepper to taste pan drippings Herb butter: 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp dill Rinse and pat dry using paper towel Prepared the dry rub: 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder Season the roast with salt, black pepper and garlic powder Cut slits for herb butter Sear the seasoned roast and transfer to the roasting pan with 2 carrots, 6 celeries, 2 Onions and i can beef stock Preheat the oven for 375°F and roast on the preheated oven for 15 minutes per pound Prepare the butter rub: 1/4 cup salted butter, 1 tsp rosemary & 1 tsp dill. Insert the butter rub for more flavor and bake it for another 5 minutes or until the beef reaches the 120°F for medium rare Let the roast rest on the cutting board before slicing for 15 minutes. Slice roast thin and against the grain. Prepare the gravy: Melt 1/4 butter in the pan and sprinkle 1 tbsp flour. Keep stirring for 2 minutes Add the roast drippings Add 1 cup water add 1 tbsp oyster sauce Add white pepper to taste Simmer until gravy thickens slightly. Serve the roast beef with gravy.
