Advance, NC, near Lexington, was a first for us. It was our first time visiting a Thousand Trails campground and our first stay after going full-time. We spent 14 days at the Forest Lakes Thousand Trail campground and, while there, took day trips all around the area. We enjoyed the farmer's market and Childress Vineyard.
