Inside this wooden-bodied wonder were sleeping space for two, a compact kitchen, a sink, a fold-out dining table, storage, curtains, opening windows, and even a clever pop-up roof for extra headroom. 😲 Today, only a couple of these incredible machines are known to exist, including a restored 1928 example displayed at the Volo Auto Museum and a 1937 barn-find House Car that sold for $35,000 in 2001.
