People with physical disabilities still need to plan their trip in advance and to receive assistance, while they demand more autonomy in their travels. For this Academy WebTV video, we travelled to the Belgian capital to meet with Julien Guns to know more about his experience as a Brussels public transport user using a wheelchair.
