Coordination: 🎙️ Gastón Mutti, M.A. 📌 Public artistic or sporting events with large audiences, held in open, closed, or semi-closed venues, whether public or private, aim to provide competition and enjoyment. Other events, such as social mobilizations, are convened by organizations as a form of political or social action to petition, reject, or establish positions on various issues of common interest to large groups of people. These gatherings present varying degrees of difficulty, which government authorities must address through prior planning in desirable situations or as an immediate response in unexpected or spontaneous events.
