We hear about many values ​​in the media. We also frequently hear business gurus defend the importance of many values. However, there is one value that, perhaps out of modesty, has a less common presence but not only plays an enormously important role today but will be crucial in the future. We are talking about humility. Ovidio Peñalver Martínez has just turned 50 and is in one of the best moments of his life (both personally and professionally). A psychologist by training, a speaker, trainer, and coach by profession, and a psychotherapist by passion. He believes that a more serene, conscious, and efficient professional world is possible; this is his dream and challenge, his professional mission, as well as that of his company ISAVIA, of which he is one of the founding partners 12 years ago. He has held executive positions at consulting firms such as Coopers and Ernst & Young, and was Director of the Consulting Area at Soluziona (part of the Unión Fenosa Group). He specializes in team coaching, working for leading companies in Spain. He is the author of the book "Collective Emotions: The Emotional Intelligence of Teams," now in its 7th edition (Alienta Publishing).
