Since beginning a course of testosterone injections a year ago, Arin has been working out in the gym to create a muscular body. But until now he constantly had to wear a chest binder to conceal his breasts. However, the former child beauty queen can finally go topless on the beach thanks to the three-hour, £6,000 operation. The sweethearts met through a support group for young transsexuals in their hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, two years ago.
