Apollo 13 (1995) | First Time Watching | Space Movie Reaction & Commentary This is my first time watching Apollo 13 (1995), the gripping space drama based on one of the most famous missions in NASA history. In this video, you’ll see my real-time reaction, commentary, and honest review as I experience the story of Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert, and Fred Haise and the mission that turned into a desperate fight to get home safely. From the launch to the oxygen tank explosion to the tension back on Earth, this movie builds suspense in such a powerful way even when you already know it’s based on real events. I actually did not know that until after this video was already filmed and edited, but it makes revisiting one of the most legendary space missions in movie history feel even more timely.
