Long Term Review of the BEST Budget Underwater Video Lights

This is my long term review of what I currently believe are the best budget underwater video lights you can buy. The LetonPower Sealion Series. In this video I'll be discussing the L12 and L15 specifically. I have used the lights on approximately 100 dives now and wanted to let you know how they have been going. I have not had one issue with either model. I have used them with GoPro, Insta360, Google Pixel, Samsung and Iphone. From basic shore dives in cold and warm water and tech dives from Advanced Wreck, Deco, CCR and Advanced Cave dives.
