How to Restore an Antique Wood Toolbox // DIY
I purchased an old antique wooden toolbox at a yard sale a while back and decided to restore it. I used paint stripper to remove the original shellac finish, dirt and grime, then put on a few fresh coats of amber shellac. I cleaned the brass hardware, and put it all back together. It came with a few old tools that I will restore as well. An antique Shurly & Dietrich hand saw, Stanley machinist level, Durabel fire alarm, a set of drill bits, and a few others that will get restored soon.
