In today's video we are replacing the passenger's side CV axle on this 2010 Toyota Corolla with the 1.8-liter engine equipped with the C59 5-speed manual transmission. We will be replacing both axles, however I will be showing you the passenger's side in this video and the driver's side in a separate video. The CV axles are getting replaced due to a vibration issue at highway speeds only on acceleration (under load) between 90 kilometers an hour and up. The vibration is more pronounced at around 100 kilometers an hour in 5th gear. Today's video, I will be discussing briefly about the symptoms and talking more in detail regarding the removal and installation. I will also share some tips and tricks to make the job easier.
