I Tricked the PID — 1.2°C Stability

Temperature stability in the puck matters more than the number on the PID. In this video, I install and tune a PID on a Delonghi Stilosa EC235, measure temperature in the boiler and inside the puck, and compare normal set-and-forget use with a simple workflow adjustment for tighter stability. All tests were done during real extractions, focusing on reaching the target smoothly, minimizing overshoot, and achieving fast recovery between shots.
