HOW CAN YOU LEARN THE ANNOTATIONS ON REAL ESTATE WITH TAKBIS? WHAT IS A TAKBIS DOCUMENT? HOW IS IT USED? WHERE CAN IT BE OBTAINED? It is one of the most fundamental e-government projects aimed at computerizing property information nationwide and enabling all kinds of inquiries. Its goal is to computerize Land Registry and Cadastre records across Turkey, enabling all activities to be conducted through a computer system, thus ensuring the efficient tracking and control of both private and public real estate. The Land Registry and Cadastre Information System enables our citizens to receive reliable, up-to-date, and rapid services. Benefits of the TAKBIS Project: Problems arising from the obsolescence of the registry or similar material where data is recorded are eliminated. Standards are established in applications implemented in response to citizens' requests. Process errors and omissions resulting from missing documents or information are eliminated. Smart applications prevent civil servant errors, thus preventing them from incurring losses. Document forgery is prevented. Possible past registry errors are identified and completely corrected. Possible loss of rights by citizens is completely eliminated. This strengthens the unwavering trust in the existing land registry records in our country. Public or citizen receivables can be collected efficiently and quickly (Social Security Institution, Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Health, etc.). The time spent researching information in courts or preliminary investigations is reduced, contributing to the relief of the Ministry of Justice's burden. Bureaucratic problems faced by institutions and citizens are eliminated. Expenses arising from correspondence are minimized with the e-signature application. It is reduced. In green card and similar applications, by correctly identifying the beneficiary and ensuring the service achieves its intended purpose, unfair profits are prevented. Tax losses are prevented.
