Becoming Ophelia, or: Pre-Raphaelites are just Victorians Historybounding the Middle Ages, part one

I wanted to do something ambitious for a change, so I challenged myself to become a woman from a Pre-Raphaelite painting. This is part one, in which I make the underdress of Ophelia by Waterhouse (the 1910 version) and work up to that gorgeous blue overdress that I’ll be making later.
