Instructions for Meditation: 0. You can use this meditation at any time (past, present, or future) since time doesn't exist where we're manifesting from. 1. Take 3 slow, deep breathes to relax our body. 2. Clear our energy channels: 2a. Breathe in energy from the Earth from the bottom of your feet to your heart. Hold this energy in your heart. Exhale and push this energy to the top your head (crown) and into the cosmos. Clear any blocked energies as it leaves your body. 2b. Reverse this direction. Breathe in energy from the cosmos from the top of your head to your heart. Hold this energy in your heart. Exhale and push this energy down your body to your feet and down to Mother Earth. Clear any blocked energies as it leaves your body. 3. Focus on your heart and feel its energy. 4. Focus on your brain and feel its energy. 5. Synchronize the energy of your heart and brain. 6. Open your crown wider and receive energy from the cosmos from the top of your head to your heart. 7. Amplify the energy from the cosmos as the energy flows down your arms into your palms. 8. Open your heart and connect your energy with everyone else in this meditation (in the past, present, and future). Harmonize and synchronize your energies together, amplifying intentions. 9. Relax your body and FEEL you're living your life AS IF you're financially abundant. Don't chase it. Don't resist. Simply feel as if you're living this life. What would you do? How would you act? Feel it while in this meditative state. 10. Sit in this state, relaxing, feeling as if you're financially abundant here and now. 11. Clear your energy channels (same technique as step 2). 12. Close your crown and feel the energy flow to the bottom of your feet and into the ground, disconnecting from the collective and grounding yourself (important). 13. Journal about your experience. What did you feel? What would you do differently next time? Any inspirations come to you? 14. Execute on any new realizations/ideas. 15. Repeat consistently on a set frequency. :) -- When you meditate on your heart, your electromagnetic field expands.
