Like “Russian Dolls” and “Black Mirror: Bandersnatch” before it, the series has shown that Netflix is still the king of streaming video content. The series, developed by Tim Miller & David Fincher, is a very anarchic, NSFW animated cyberpunk/fantasy anthology aimed exclusively for adults. (Seriously, do NOT let your kids watch this one.) It aims to show that animation doesn’t have to be like Pixar and that it can be adult. The series takes both of these ideas and cranks them to eleven. Each entry is filled with bloody action and amazing new animation styles. If it wanted to prove that computer animated content still had some tricks up its sleeves, well it undoubtedly succeeded. While fans have certainly enjoyed the series, they may not know about some of the talent and influences that have made the show great. It’s been a long road for Miller and Fincher to bring this project to life. Many of the stars, animators, and directors are also much more talented than you may have realized. They have all injected this series with plenty of references and themes you may have missed the first time around. Today we have for you Love, Death & Robots: Hidden Secrets And Meanings That Fans Missed.
