In transnational families, identity, control, and value creation can be located in different places, generating new complexities but also opportunities. Calabrò emphasizes that being "multilocal" can represent a competitive advantage, provided a shared identity is preserved despite distances. In difficult times, the value of "belonging capital" emerges above all, a bond built over time that unites economic and emotional dimensions and that cannot be delegated. Maintaining it requires consistency, shared time, and the ability to make the family identity "portable," understandable, and recognizable wherever the members of the entrepreneurial family are located.
