Dumping a Dumpster

The plaintiff rented a house from the defendant. On the moveout date, the plaintiff claims the defendant blocked the driveway with a dumpster. It delayed the movers, so the plaintiff is suing for the additional expenses accrued as a result. The defendant argues the plaintiff kept delaying the moveout date, so she doesn’t owe the plaintiff anything. Besides, the plaintiff left the place a mess, so if anyone is owed money, it’s the defendant.
