1619: Conversations with West African Art
Join art enrichment facilitator Helane Rheingold for a conversation of West African Art on Zoom. Helane will facilitate an interactive workshop focusing on techniques on how to look at, interpret, and analyze works. She will describe the areas in sub-Saharan west Africa, where the slaves were forcefully removed and brought to America. Delve into the craftsmanship from these regions.
