In early June, we decided to take a short vacation and go on a motorcycle trip to one of the most beautiful places in Italy—the Dolomites in the Trentino region. Along the way, we crossed several regions of Italy: from Liguria through Piedmont, Lombardy, and Emilia-Romagna, and then back into Lombardy, to Brescia. We circled picturesque Lake Garda and reached our destination—Trentino. We were treated to hot summer days, winding mountain roads, famous passes, and landscapes that are beyond words. Every turn revealed new views of majestic cliffs, green valleys, and endless mountain peaks. In this first part of the journey, we'll show you the road to the Dolomites, share our impressions from the first days of the trip, tell you about our cozy town, and the place where we sampled traditional Trentino cuisine.
