Long-Term Survivors of Glioblastoma
Dr. Mark Waddle, a Radiation Oncologist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, shares outcomes of his retrospective study on long-term survival for patients with glioblastoma. Data shows that little change has been made in survival beyond five years despite the introduction of newer treatments, suggesting that novel and radical treatment approaches are needed and this can be aided by inclusion of all patients in clinical trials.
