Not Feeling Well, Shaving Day and a Prize

Thursday started off with JJ staying home from school (we're blaming allergies—exhaustion, stuffy nose and scratchy throat, but no fever!). Meanwhile, Shelly was completely out of commission sick in bed. (Not Covid) Since he was already home and feeling just "okay," it was the perfect time for a much-needed shave! The DayQuil cleared JJ up enough for us to venture out. We put his $53 school raffle winnings to use with a quick trip to Kohl's to let him search for a prize! Afterwards, we went back home for a bite to eat, a shower, and a much-needed night's sleep.
