Reviewing The Arteza Expert - Pro Coloured Pencils - Is it the best budget pencil?

Hello my pencil loving pals! We are looking at a very exciting pencil this week, something that so many people have asked me to check out. The Arteza Expert (or pro possibly) coloured pencils! Are these super affordable pencils everything they are cracked up to be? Are they the best budget pencil and Are they in fact expert?
